I'm Nigel, Strength & Embodiment Coach, Certified Menopause Coach, and Personal Trainer.I've spent almost a decade helping people develop their health and wellbeing — from fitness studios and yoga spaces to corporate buildings and mental health hospitals.This work is rooted in my childhood. Growing up with a parent suffering from debilitating depression, anxiety, and OCD planted a deep desire within me to understand how to help, and how to live a full, thriving life.Since then I've been a seeker. Looking for answers in different places — across the world and within, through eastern philosophy and western psychology and science. The study continues.I'm also dyslexic and dyspraxic. This has allowed me to see things differently and make connections many others don't. But being neurodivergent comes with its challenges — I know what it's like when conventional approaches feel overwhelming, when you feel like you don't fit in and when something more embodied and adaptive is what actually helps.My mission is to empower people to live with more energy, vitality, and genuine connection to themselves and the world around them.
