Hi, I’m Nigel, a Tiny Habits® Certified Coach, yoga teacher, and personal trainer.Over the years, I’ve worked in gyms, mental health hospitals, and government buildings, supporting people from all walks of life: celebrities, CEOs, carers, teens, elders, and those navigating burnout or mental health challenges.And no matter who they were, one common struggle kept coming up: consistency!That’s why I now help people (especially remote workers and purpose-led individuals) build sustainable habits for both fitness and mental wellbeing using science based coaching, movement and mindfulness practices.I offer online 1:1 coaching using the Tiny Habits® method, and I also teach Vinyasa Flow yoga in studios and corporate spaces across London. This integration of habit science and embodied practice is at the heart of everything I share.

About Me
Growing up as a carer for a parent with mental and physical health challenges, I became deeply curious about what it really means to feel healthy, happy, and energised in life.That curiosity (and a love for fitness) led me to become a personal trainer. But it wasn’t long before I noticed how externally focused the fitness industry can be. I wanted something deeper. Something more holistic.That search took me into movement training, boxing, and philosophies like Stoicism, Yogic wisdom, Taoism, and Buddhism. Over time, I found a steady home in yoga practice, Buddhist teachings, and an ongoing personal study of psychology and behavioural science. (I still love strength training too.)As I trained others and explored these practices more deeply, one thing became clear: small, consistent actions can completely transform how we feel and who we are; physically, mentally, and emotionally.That insight drew me to the science-backed Tiny Habits® Method, where I found a practical, proven way to help people create real change without relying on motivation alone.Now, I help others find that same calm, energy and clarity using tools that are both science-based and deeply embodied.Flow Resilient is more than a name. It’s a way of living: steady, strong, and rooted in rhythm.
