Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Nigel, and I know what it's like to live in your head.Growing up as a carer for a parent with mental health challenges, I became deeply familiar with what it feels like to be trapped in cycles of overthinking, stress, tension, and disconnection from the body.That experience led me on a personal journey for peace, strength and stability. I turned to Yoga, Mindfulness, Stoicism, Taoism, Buddhist philosophy, Psychology, and Behaviour Change. And I discovered something unexpected:The path to calm isn’t through more thinking, it’s through coming home to your body.Over the years, I’ve supported people in gyms, mental health settings, and government spaces, from creatives and carers to teens and CEOs. No matter their background, I saw the same pattern... when we get out of our heads and into our bodies, everything begins to shift. The key is doing it calmly, consistently, and in a way that works for real life.Today, I blend eastern wisdom with modern science to help overwhelmed overthinkers reconnect with their body and feel calm, strong, and grounded again through my 3-part method:- Mindfulness: Simple meditation, everyday awareness and breathing to calm the mind and reset the nervous system
