About My Approach

My work is shaped by lived experience, both personal and professional, of how easily capable people lose their rhythm under sustained pressure.Over time, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from pushing harder or thinking your way out of stress. It comes from learning how to come back into the body, simplify what you’re carrying, and work with your nervous system rather than against it.What draws me to this work is helping people find steadiness again... not by "fixing" themselves, but by creating lives that are simpler, more humane, and easier to sustain.
