Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Nigel, a Tiny Habits® Certified Coach, yoga teacher, and personal trainer.Growing up as a carer for a parent with mental health challenges, I became deeply curious about what it really means to feel healthy, calm, and energised in life. That curiosity, and a love for movement, led me to become a personal trainer. But it wasn’t long before I realised I wanted something more holistic and inwardly grounded.That search pulled me into yoga, mindfulness, Stoicism, Taoism, and Buddhist teachings, alongside a deep interest in psychology and behaviour change. As I found a steady home in those practices one truth became clear: small, consistent actions can transform how we feel and who we are, physically, mentally, and emotionally.That’s what drew me to the science-backed Tiny Habits® Method, a practical, proven approach to real change that doesn’t rely on motivation or willpower alone.Over the years, I’ve supported people in gyms, mental health settings, and government spaces... from creatives and carers to teens and CEOs. No matter their background, the same struggle kept coming up: consistency!Today, I help intentional, purpose-led people rebuild a kind, sustainable relationship with their bodies through movement, nourishment, and rest, blending habit science, mindful movement, and nervous system-friendly practices.Flow Resilient is more than a name.

Nourishment
Food is fuel, but also comfort, connection, and culture. I help you build healthier eating habits that support your energy and mood, without calorie counting or strict rules.We focus on:
• Replacing unhelpful food habits with nourishing ones

• Practicing mindful eating and tuning into hunger signals
• Feeling more calm and in control around food

Rest & Mindfulness
Rest is productive. Mindfulness is powerful. We create daily rhythms that support your nervous system, clarity, and wellbeing.We focus on:
