From overwhelm to peace.

I help people simplify their lives and calm their minds. As an Embodied Wellness Coach, my approach blends two powerful practices:- Embodiment: Using yoga, mindfulness meditation, and breathwork to create internal peace.- Lifestyle Change: Applying essentialism and habit science to simplify your external world.

Why I Do This

My fascination with health and well-being started at a young age, when I learned firsthand what it means to be resilient. As a young carer for a parent with severe mental health challenges, I became deeply familiar with the cycles of stress and overwhelm. That experience, coupled with my time in high-pressure creative roles and as a Personal Trainer at The Mental Health and Addictions Hospital, The Priory, taught me a powerful lesson: peace isn't found in thinking your way out of problems, it's found in learning how to come home to your body.My mission is to help people simplify their inner and outer worlds, so they can reclaim their rhythm and live with less stress and more peace.

Testimonials

I was really struggling with mainstream habits/brain coaching advice from the internet, GPs, therapists, and self-help books. Nigel helped me de-generalise this advice and personalise it for how my neurodivergent and often overwhelmed brain works. What stood out was how much Nigel emphasised being kind to yourself when you fall, and the importance of celebrating yourself when you stick to your habits.

Mila - 1:1 Client

Nigel is an excellent coach: his sessions are fun, interesting and effective. His focus on mindfulness (both whilst training and in life generally) gave me a new perspective and focus when approaching exercise and healthy eating. Nigel is a perceptive and thoughtful person, who clearly cares about his clients' well-being. I would recommend him to anyone.

Harriet - Senior Lawyer

I was really struggling with distracted and fast eating, where I used food as a coping mechanism to avoid difficult feelings. I came to Nigel to implement a habit of mindful eating. I loved the tiny habit approach and the creative ways we came up with the recipes to ensure ease, even when there was low motivation. The celebratory elements have transformed the way I approach my emotions and eating, and I feel like our small time working together has created potentially life-long shifts.
